RefleX 200 – Overvoltage and Undervoltage relay

This relay consists of a 3-phase overvoltage and 3-phase undervoltage module with two separate overvoltage/time settings and two separate undervoltage/time settings The relay is well suited as a general purpose protection for busbars, generators, lines, cables, transformers, motors and voltage monitoring.

RefleX 201 – Overcurrent relay

This relay is a general purpose 3-phase overcurrent unit with 3 separate current/timer settings. The relay is very well suited as a general purpose protection for power lines/cables, transformers, generators and most other HV-components.

RefleX 202 – Overcurrent, Non-Directional Current EF and Phase-Unbalance relay

This relay includes a 3-phase overcurrent module with 3 separate current/timer levels, a Non-Directional Current EF module with two separate current/timer levels, and a negative sequence measurement module for Phase-Unbalance detection. The relay is very well suited for distribution power lines/cables and transformers. It will also do well as a combined generator Phase- Overcurrent and current EF relay.

RefleX 203 – Overcurrent, Non-Directional Voltage EF relay

This relay includes a 3-phase overcurrent module with 3 separate current/timer levels and a Voltage EF module.

The relay is suited for distribution power lines/cables eventually including a busbar EF protection. It will also do well as a combined generator Phase-Overcurrent and voltage EF relay.

RefleX 204 – Overcurrent, Directional Earth Fault and Phase-Unbalance relay

This relay includes a 3-phase overcurrent module with 2 separate current/timer levels, a Directional EF module with two current/timer levels and a negative sequence measurement module for Phase-Unbalance detection. The relay is very well suited for distribution power lines/cables in systems with high resistance neutral grounding.

RefleX 205 – Overcurrent, Directional EF, Phase-Unbalance and Autoreclosure relay

This relay includes a 3-phase overcurrent module with 2 separate current/timer levels, a Directional EF module with two current/timer levels and a negative sequence measurement module for Phase-Unbalance detection.

The common Autoreclosure module can be programmed freely for 1…6 shots, or completely disabled (not appearing in the menu). The relay is extremely well suited for distribution power lines in systems with high resistance neutral grounding. In cable networks the Autoreclosure should be disabled.

RefleX 206 – Overcurrent, overvoltage and undervoltage protection

This relay includes a 3-phase overcurrent module with 3 separate current/timer levels, a 3-phase overvoltage module with 2 separate voltage/timer levels and 3-phase undervoltage module with 2 separate voltage/timer levels. The relay is well suited as an overcurrent protection for transformers in combination with bus voltage protection or bus earth fault protection. The overvoltage function has a wide setting range well suited as a voltage earth fault function.

RefleX 221 – Distance to fault locator

The measuring system is based on the same principles as the distance protection but with some additional functions for improved performance. It is built to be very easy to install and use. The fault locator is well suited in any transmission or distribution network.

RefleX 222 – Full scheme, 2+1 zone Impedance relay

This relay has 2 polygonal measuring zones. Each zone can be separately directed forwards, reverse, bi-directional or blocked. Zone 3 has independent settings in forwards and reverse directions. Two independent voltage memory systems ensure correct directional measurement. The relay is very well suited as protection for sub-transmission and meshed distribution networks with isolated or solid neutral grounding. The short manual and easy settings makes it particularly useful when different types of personnel applies the unit.

RefleX 223 – Full scheme, 3+1 zone Impedance relay

This relay has 3 polygonal measuring zones. Each zone can be separately directed forwards, reverse, bi-directional or blocked. Zone 4 has independent settings in forwards and reverse directions. RefleX 225 – Full scheme, single-pole trip, 3+1 zone impedance relay

This relay has 3 polygonal measuring zones. Each zone can be separately directed forwards, reverse, bi-directional or blocked. Zone 4 has independent settings in forwards and reverse directions. Two independent voltage memory systems ensure correct directional measurement. The relay also includes single-pole tripping, teleprotection, switch-onto-fault-logic, power swing blocking, voltage transformer supervision and phase unbalance supervision. The relay is well suited as protection for sub-transmission and distribution networks with solid neutral grounding. The short manual and easy settings makes it particularly useful when different types of personnel applies the unit.

RefleX 231 – 2W and 3W differential protection including REF function

This relay consists of two (three) independent Reflex modules interconnected only by optical fibers. This unique design makes it is unnecessary to route HV, (MV) and LV currents through one single cubicle.

The relay has 2.harmonic and 5.harmonic blocking to avoid tripping during CT-saturation or when energizing a power transformer. Compensation for CT ratio and transformer vector group is integrated, so intermediate CT’s are not needed. The relay is very easy to install and operate.

The Restricted Earth Fault function (REF) gives added protection during earth faults in directly grounded systems, but the function can be disabled if the user only wants to use the unit as a differential relay. The relay is very well suited to protect 2w transformers or 3w transformers of any size, generators, motors, reactors, busbars with max 3 branches and cables/lines less than 1000 meters in length.
